I am the co-founder of Umuzi, an African edtech social enterprise
improving young people's access to opportunities in the digital economy.
Umuzi partners with leading companies to create learning pathways young
people follow to develop scarce digital skills including web
development, data science, data engineering, UI, and UX. To scale tech
education in Africa, we founded the African Coding Network and partner
with Google, Meta, AWS, education institutions, funders and employers to
reduce inequality and improve young people's access to high value
digital careers.
Before edtech, I worked in strategy consulting for the Boston Consulting
Group. I specialise in applying Design Thinking and Agile to design,
scale and transform learning experiences, products, and organisations.
Developing people, systems, and processes that support more
human-centred solutions is where I like to add value.
